With a Master’s Diploma in Health and Skin Care, I have dedicated my career to understanding the intricate relationship between health, nutrition, and overall well-being. After managing one of South Africa's largest spa groups, I pursued my passion for holistic living, becoming a registered Wellness Practitioner and Ozone Practitioner.
